IB Grades
IB Grades are given according to the following system:
7: Excellent
6: Very good
5: Good
4: Satisfactory
3: Mediocre
2: Poor
1: Very poor
N: No grade
These grades are comparable to the Danish 7-grade system, which is relevant for Pre-IB students:
12: Given for excellent work, which shows a thorough compliance with the goals of the subject with few if any insignificant errors.
10: Given for very good work, which shows breadth in compliance with the goals of the subject with some minor errors.
7: Given for good work, which shows compliance with the goals of the subject with a number of errors.
4: Given for satisfactory work, which shows less compliance with the goals of the subject with several essential errors.
02: Given for poor work, which shows the least acceptable compliance with the goals of the subject.
00: Given for very poor work, which does not comply satisfactorily with the goals of the subject.
-3: Given for completely unacceptable work.
